## Booking Policy

Online forms and booking requests are availability requests only. Bookings are confirmed manually after Nova Kingdom Rentals reviews availability, travel cost, setup suitability, staffing requirements, and deposit/payment details. A booking is confirmed only after deposit is received.

## Delivery

The first 15 km from Bridgewater is free. Additional travel is calculated at $0.72/km unless otherwise quoted. Out-of-province events (NB, PEI, Maritimes) are quoted separately.

## Safety

Wind limit: 40 km/h (use must stop if winds exceed this limit). Inflatables must not be used during rain, thunderstorms, lightning, or unsafe weather. A responsible adult 19+ must actively supervise participants at all times. Silly String is strictly prohibited — it permanently damages inflatable vinyl and carries a $500 damage charge per unit.

## 360 Video Booth

360 Video Booth rental with operator included. Platform diameter: 100 cm / 39.4 in. RGB ring light and LED strip lighting included. Automatic 360° rotation.

Pricing:
- Standalone rental: 1 hour $249, each additional hour $100. Operator included.
- Add-on with any inflatable or package: 1 hour $199, each additional hour $70. Operator included.
- Custom theme props: $10 per theme (request before event date).

## Setup Requirements

- Power: most inflatables require a standard household power outlet. Blower must remain powered during use.
- Space: setup area must be clear, level, accessible, properly sized, and clear of underground hazards, overhead obstructions, power lines, and low branches.
- Surfaces: grass is preferred. Asphalt, concrete, indoor flooring, or turf may require prior approval and additional anchoring.
- Water: required for wet-use units (Crown Island Combo, Crown Rush 42, Crown Cascade). Customer provides water source and hose. Water must be turned off at least 1 hour before pickup.
- No silly string. No food or drinks on inflatables. No flips, rough play, or climbing on exterior walls.
